The keyboard does not work due to wrong port used on the back of the computer.
Cause:
The keyboard is not plugged into the proper port on the back of the computer.
Solution:
Turn off the computer. Unplug the keyboard from the computer. Plug the keyboard cable back into the correct keyboard port. Restart the computer.
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Unplug the keyboard cable from the port that it is currently plugged into.
3) Gently insert the keyboard plug into the port labeled 'Keyboard' or the port with the keyboard picture next to it.
NOTE: If unable to locate the keyboard port, consult the manuals that came with both the keyboard and the computer.
4) Turn the computer back on.
